YES! Please use the parking lot directly behind our building.

If you are unsure what treatment to book, you can simply book the Red Carpet Facial or whichever treatment you are most interested in. Every visit will begin with a skin analysis so you and your Esthetician can decide together what the best options are for you.

Our office interior is wheelchair accessible.

We are able to give you a grace period of 15 minutes in order to be respectful of all other appointments. Any arrivals after 15 minutes, will be considered a cancellation with less then 24 hours notice.

We would be glad to reschedule you! However, as a courtesy, our "Tough Love" policy, requires a 24 hour notice. If you cancel/change your appointment with less then a 24 hour notice, or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service booked.

Adding a credit card on file is required for all appointment approvals. You will never be charged anything up front, however this is to secure your appointment time. 

We accept cash or debit/credit cards through Visa, Master Card or Amex.

Only for Microneedling. It is not recommended for laser/IPL treatments.

Absolutely! As an appreciation for your service, we offer 15% off all treatments to all active or retired Police, Fire, Paramedic and Military personnel & their spouses.

As a courtesy to all clients, we ask that you refrain from bringing small children who may have trouble in a quieter environment.

While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted in the spa as it violates sanitary codes with the state. 

Yes, we offer both E-gift cards and traditional gift cards.

It is customary to always tip for personal services. Our staff will always take the extra measure make your experience exquisite. Gratuity typically ranges from 20-25% but you are always welcome to gift more if you like. Gratuity is accepted in cash, Venmo, Zelle, or you may just add it in at checkout with your service.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete all forms and use the restroom if needed. 

Always! While we do recommend an appointment for consultations, there is never a charge. Appointments are recommended so we can make sure we are available to give you our undivided attention.

 We are always happy to accommodate any appointment change or cancelation however, we do require a 24 hour notice as a courtesy. If you fail to give us a 24 hour notice, or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. 

Additionally, If you are late after the 15 minute grace period for your appointment, you will be canceled and charged for your booked service.
